CVE-2023-46805Known exploitationPublic exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated restricted-resource access via path normalization mismatch

Published Jan 12, 2024 · Updated Aug 4, 2026

Authentication bypass in Ivanti Connect Secure and Policy Secure 9.x and 22.x allows remote attackers to access restricted web resources. The web API authorization layer evaluates a traversal-form path differently from the request router, exposing authenticated endpoints without a session. No credentials or user interaction are required; the bypass exposes protected data and enables command execution when chained with CVE-2024-21887.
