BGP daemon crash via incomplete mandatory attribute validation

Denial of service in FRRouting FRR 9.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash bgpd with a crafted BGP UPDATE message. In bgpd/bgp_attr.c, bgp_attr_check treats an unset attribute flag as a valid Graceful Restart end-of-RIB marker without also requiring a zero path-attribute length, allowing an UPDATE containing only an unknown transitive attribute to bypass mandatory-attribute rejection and reach a null dereference. The peer must negotiate Graceful Restart and establish a BGP session; exploitation terminates the routing daemon without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
