User redirection via duplicate leading slashes

Open redirect in Apache Shiro before 1.13.0 and 2.0.0-alpha-1 through 2.0.0-alpha-3 allows remote attackers to redirect users via crafted URLs. SavedRequest.getRequestUrl() retained duplicate leading slashes in an attacker-controlled request URI, producing a scheme-relative redirect target. The flaw is reachable only when form authentication saves the request before login, and exploitation requires a user to follow the resulting redirect.
