Authenticated access-control bypass via rewritten paths

Path traversal in Apache Shiro before 1.13.0 or 2.0.0-alpha-4 allows remote authenticated users to bypass access controls. Shiro request-path filtering accepts semicolon-bearing rewritten paths when InvalidRequestFilter.blockSemicolon is disabled, allowing security rules and the application router to resolve different effective paths. Exploitation requires path rewriting and the nondefault disabled setting; a low-privileged account can reach resources protected by path-based rules.
