Authenticated SSRF via unchecked webhook test URL

Server-side request forgery in PostHog 1.43.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send POST requests from the server. The test_slack_webhook method in posthog/api/user.py passes the user-controlled webhook value directly to requests.post without rejecting local destinations. Any authenticated account that can invoke the webhook test can make the PostHog host issue a POST to an internal or otherwise server-reachable URL.
