Account compromise via unthrottled GET login

Improper login-attempt restriction in LibreNMS before 23.11.0 allows remote attackers to compromise accounts through password guessing. LegacyExternalAuth passes GET-supplied username and password values directly to Auth::attempt without applying the login throttle. The attack requires a reachable web interface and a guessable password; a successful guess exposes the account's data and privileges.
