Internal data disclosure via redirect-following image fetch
Published Dec 5, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SSRF in EspoCRM before 8.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses through the image-from-URL API. UploadUrlService followed attacker-controlled redirects after checking only the initial apparent image type, then saved the final response as an attachment. Attachment API access is required; a successful request can reach internal hosts, bypass firewall boundaries, and expose a fetched response.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
