Code execution via unsafe LDAP TLS file paths

Code injection in GLPI 10.0.0 through 10.0.10 on PHP 7.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute uploaded PHP code. AuthLDAP accepts attacker-controlled tls_certfile and tls_keyfile values as paths and passes existing files to ldap_set_option without rejecting stream-wrapper schemes. An account with LDAP server configuration rights must first upload a PHP payload as a GLPI document, so ordinary unauthenticated access is insufficient.
