CVE-2023-46725Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated SSRF via remote image validation race

Published Nov 2, 2023 · Updated Sep 12, 2024

SSRF in FoodCoopShop 3.2.0 through 3.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests via crafted image URLs. The Network module's /api/updateProducts.json endpoint accepts a manufacturer-supplied image URL, validates it across separate HEAD and GET operations, and follows a later redirect without restricting the destination host. A manufacturer account can therefore proxy requests into the server's internal network or copy data returned by an attacker-selected destination.
