Proxy crash via wildcard certificate buffer under-read

Out-of-bounds read in Squid 3.3.0.1 through 6.3 allows remote attackers to crash the proxy via a crafted TLS certificate chain. The matchDomainName function decrements and dereferences an empty certificate-domain length after check_domain strips a lone wildcard common name. Exposure requires an OpenSSL-enabled build processing HTTPS or SSL-Bump traffic; the invalid read can terminate the proxy service.
