Vote manipulation via reusable CAPTCHA validation

Authentication bypass in YOP Poll 6.5.28 and earlier allows remote attackers to cast multiple votes using a reused CAPTCHA image. The validateImage function accepts the same CAPTCHA solution for repeated voting requests instead of invalidating it after successful validation. No WordPress account is required, but a poll must expose the affected built-in CAPTCHA workflow; the consequence is limited to unauthorized vote manipulation.
