Database extraction via crafted state parameter
Published Oct 25, 2023 · Updated Sep 11, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Nipah virus Testing Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to extract its database via HTTP requests. The new-user-testing.php handler incorporates the POST state parameter into a MySQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling time-based injection. No account or user interaction is required; any network client that can reach the new-user form can bypass application authorization and dump the database.
