Service interruption via formIpQoS stack overflow
Published Oct 25, 2023 · Updated Sep 11, 2024
Stack overflow in TOTOLINK X2000R Firmware 1.0.0-B20230221.0948.web allows attackers to interrupt router service via formIpQoS. The formIpQoS handler overflows a stack buffer while processing QoS request data; public sources do not identify the parameter or copy operation. Triggering the flaw requires access to the router interface; published assessments disagree on whether authentication is required.
