Database disclosure via unvalidated manager IDs
Published Oct 27, 2023 · Updated Sep 12, 2024
SQL injection in Cacti 1.2.25 allows remote authenticated users to read database contents through a crafted manager action request. The form_actions() path deserializes selected_graphs_array and concatenates its elements into SQL IN clauses without validating them as numeric IDs. A valid Cacti session and access to the manager action are required; time-based queries disclose database values without changing or interrupting the service.
