Remote code execution via unescaped backup table name
Published Nov 1, 2023 · Updated Sep 12, 2024
SQL injection in WUZHI CMS 4.1.0 database backup allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted table name. The export_database method directly interpolates an attacker-controlled tables array element into SHOW CREATE TABLE and SELECT statements. The published request targets the administrative backup route and supplies session cookies, although NVD classifies exploitation as unauthenticated.
