Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in PMB 7.5.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through the import feature. The start_import.php script accepts files without validating their extensions and preserves those extensions when storing the files under the web-accessible pmb/temp directory. Administrative access is required, and requesting the stored PHP file runs attacker-chosen commands on the server.
