Parsing delay via unbounded SCP URL regex

Regular expression denial of service in git-urls 1.0.0 allows context-dependent attackers to delay parsing via crafted SCP-like URLs. The ParseScp function applies scpSyntax through FindAllStringSubmatch to the entire unbounded URL, and a directory path containing millions of repeated slashes consumes prolonged CPU time. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled Git URLs to ParseScp; the reported consequence is processing delay, not data access or modification.
