Process crash via invalid image read

Denial of service in jbig2enc 0.28 allows local users to crash the encoder by processing a crafted image in symbol mode. The jbig2_add_page path passes the crafted one-bit image into Leptonica component analysis, where pixSetPadBits performs an invalid read and raises SIGSEGV. Exploitation requires a user or consuming workflow to invoke the command-line encoder on attacker-controlled input; the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
