Encoder crash via freed template list access

Heap use-after-free in jbig2enc 0.28 allows local users to crash the encoder by processing a crafted image with automatic thresholding. In remove_templates, the code reads a list element after pop_back frees it while jbig2enc_auto_threshold_using_hash removes templates. Reaching the flaw requires a user to invoke the local encoder on attacker-controlled input, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
