Unauthenticated SQL injection via uncast category parameter
Published Jan 19, 2024 · Updated Jun 20, 2025
SQL injection in MyPresta.eu mib before 1.6.1 allows remote attackers to read or alter PrestaShop data through an HTTP request. mib::getManufacturersByCategory() concatenates the untrusted category value directly into a SQL predicate without casting it to an integer. The categories filter must be enabled, which is not the default; exploitation can expose or change database contents and obtain administrative access.
