Privilege escalation via unauthenticated session ID disclosure

Authentication bypass in ZStack Cloud 3.10.38 and earlier allows remote attackers to obtain active job UUIDs and associated session IDs. The /calls/uuids API endpoint returns these identifiers without requiring authentication, exposing active session material to unauthenticated requests. The disclosed session IDs grant the privileges of corresponding active sessions, so impact depends on the privileges attached to those sessions.
