Arbitrary local file inclusion via unrestricted resource paths

Path traversal in calibre before 6.19.0 allows attackers to include local files in converted e-books via crafted HTML resource links. The link_to_local_path method resolves linked resources without confining them to the HTML input's parent directory, so resource_adder packages files from elsewhere. Exploitation requires calibre to convert attacker-influenced HTML; the resulting e-book can contain local files readable by the calibre process.
