Denial of service via cacheable empty prefetch responses

Denial of service in Next.js before 13.4.20-canary.13 allows remote attackers to make CDN-backed SSR pages return empty data. The prefetch path for server-side-rendered pages behind middleware returns an empty JSON response without a no-cache directive, allowing a CDN to reuse it for ordinary navigation. Exploitation requires middleware, link prefetching, and a CDN that caches the empty JSON asset; affected visitors receive no server-side props until the cached entry expires.
