Service crash via out-of-bounds request write

Out-of-bounds write in Siemens User Management Component allows remote attackers to crash affected applications through TCP requests. The component writes past an allocated buffer while processing specific unauthenticated requests received on TCP ports 4002 and 4004. Successful exploitation interrupts the service, which Siemens states is automatically restarted after the crash.
