Permissive CORS handling in Siemens UMC-enabled industrial products allows remote attackers to trigger actions through a legitimate user's browser. The UMC Web-UI accepts cross-origin requests under an overly permissive policy instead of restricting untrusted origins. Exploitation requires a legitimate user to follow an attacker-controlled link while the affected Web-UI is reachable; Siemens does not disclose which actions can be induced.
