Root code execution via crafted Bonjour events

Stack-based buffer overflow in Extreme Networks IQ Engine allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code as root through Bonjour traffic. The Bonjour Gateway daemon passes crafted event_id and event_message values through ah_event_send to ah_scd, where a second stack-based overflow occurs. Network access to the Bonjour Gateway path is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants root-level control of the appliance.
