Cross-tenant namespace disclosure via unscoped service-account indexing

Information disclosure in Project Capsule Capsule Proxy before 0.4.5 allows remote authenticated users to list other tenants' namespaces. The RoleBinding reflector indexes ServiceAccount owners by kind and name but omits the ServiceAccount namespace, so identically named accounts collide in its cache. Exploitation requires caching enabled and same-named ServiceAccount owners in different namespaces; Kubernetes RBAC still blocks access to the other tenant's namespace-scoped resources.
