Credential disclosure via incorrect display_errors parsing

Information disclosure in CodeIgniter 4 before 4.4.3 allows remote attackers to read confidential data through production error pages. ExceptionHandler::determineView treats PHP's disabled display_errors value "0" as enabled because its string-removal test does not recognize zero, so it selects error_exception.php instead of production.php. A reachable application error or exception is required; the detailed report can expose environment variables, including credentials, without authentication.
