Credential disclosure via unsanitized backend URL logging

Sensitive-data logging in Apache Airflow 1.10.0 through 2.6.3 and Celery provider 3.3.0 through 3.4.0 allows local users to read credentials. The Celery executor warning passes the complete result_backend URL to the logger for rediss, amqp, and rpc schemes instead of logging only the matched protocol. Exposure requires one of those backends and access to the resulting logs, where embedded usernames, passwords, or other URL secrets appear in clear text.
