RGW crash via malformed CORS origin parsing

Improper input validation in IBM Storage Ceph 5.3z1, 5.3z5, and 6.1z1 allows remote authenticated users to crash RGW via a CORS rule. RGW splits an origin containing an asterisk, assumes the resulting list has elements, and calls front() on an empty list, provoking a very large allocation. Access capable of configuring a malformed CORS origin is required, and successful exploitation interrupts the object-gateway service.
