Use-after-free in Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 CPUs and related products allows remote attackers to cause denial of service via port 102/tcp. The devices improperly handle specially crafted packets on the S7 communication service, triggering a use-after-free that leaves the controller inoperable. Unauthenticated network access to port 102/tcp is required, and successful exploitation interrupts control functionality until the device is restarted.
