Remote code execution via custom pandas query

Code injection in D-Tale before 3.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on the server through the Custom Filter input. The test_filter route passes the request query through build_query into run_query, which evaluates it as a custom pandas query without restricting code-bearing expressions. Publicly reachable instances expose this unauthenticated path, and successful expressions run with the D-Tale server process's permissions.
