Forced privileged actions via forged requests
Published Oct 22, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Userback for WordPress 1.0.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to force unspecified privileged actions. Public records identify the flaw as CSRF but do not disclose the affected handler or the exact request-origin or nonce validation that is missing. Exploitation requires an authenticated privileged user to visit attacker-controlled content, and the resulting action runs with that user's session authority.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
