Application crash via unchecked XGetWMHints result

NULL pointer dereference in Xfig 3.2.8 allows local users controlling its X server or window manager to crash the application. In main(), XGetWMHints() can return NULL under anomalous X server conditions, and the unchecked result is dereferenced, causing a segmentation fault. The claim is disputed because an X application is not expected to survive arbitrary anomalous behavior from its X server or window manager.
