Unauthorized user creation via forged administrator request

Cross-site request forgery in Dreamer CMS 4.1.3 allows remote attackers to add a user through the /admin/user/add endpoint. The endpoint processes a forged user-creation request carried by an authenticated browser without verifying that the administrator intended it. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to open attacker-controlled content, after which an unwanted account is created with the submitted attributes.
