Label deletion via forged cross-site request
Published Oct 17, 2023 · Updated Sep 13, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in Dreamer CMS 4.1.3 allows remote attackers to delete labels via the /admin/label/delete endpoint. The endpoint accepts a victim-authenticated, cross-origin deletion request without verifying that the victim intentionally submitted it. A user with label-deletion privileges must interact with attacker-controlled content; a successful request deletes the selected label under that user's session.
