Cross-site request forgery in Dreamer CMS 4.1.3 allows remote attackers to add categories through an administrator's session. The public record identifies the /admin/category/add handler but does not disclose which request validation or anti-CSRF control is absent. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to load attacker-controlled content, after which the forged request changes category data with that session's authority.
