SYSTEM code execution via privileged repair pop-up

Local privilege escalation in Qumu Multicast Extension before 2.0.63 for Windows allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. A standard user's software-repair action opens a pop-up process with SYSTEM privileges because the installation assigns incorrect permissions to a product folder. A standard Windows account and an installed affected release are required; successful exploitation provides complete SYSTEM-level code execution on that host.
