Builder command execution via unhashed mxsldr download

Download integrity failure in Buildroot 2023.08.1 and dev commit 622698d7847 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to execute builder commands. The mxsldr package lacks a .hash file, so check-hash accepts its archive after the HTTPS source is forced onto the default HTTP backup site. Exploitation requires control of the network path and a build that fetches mxsldr; a malicious archive can run commands on the builder and alter generated files.
