Arbitrary file read via repository symlinks

Path traversal in Artifact Hub before 1.16.0 allows remote attackers to read internal files through crafted Git repositories. The generic, Helm plugin, and Tekton repository processors used os.ReadFile on expected metadata paths without first rejecting symbolic links. A repository containing a symlink at one of those paths can expose files readable by the tracker process, including sensitive deployment data.
