Cross-silo access via unchecked external-key values

Authorization bypass in Combodo iTop before 2.7.10, 3.0.0 through 3.0.3, and 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to cross silo boundaries. Before the fix, object creation and update paths persisted changed external-key identifiers without resolving each target through the current user's scoped object loader. A logged-in account must forge an HTTP request, and the vendor assesses that another user's interaction is required to expose otherwise inaccessible organizational relationships.
