Arbitrary-file metadata disclosure via FTP SIZE traversal

Path traversal in South River Technologies Titan MFT and Titan SFTP before 2.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to disclose file metadata. The FTP SIZE handler accepts ../ sequences without restricting resolution to the logged-in account's root and returns size or nonexistence responses for arbitrary filesystem paths. An FTP-enabled account and Linux deployment are required; the flaw exposes only file existence and byte count, not file contents or modification.
