Cross-site scripting via unvalidated ACS URL scheme

Cross-site scripting in CrewJam SAML before 0.4.14 allows remote attackers to run script in an IdP session through malicious SP metadata. Endpoint XML unmarshalling accepts javascript-scheme Location and ResponseLocation values for HTTP-based SAML bindings, letting the browser execute an ACS URI after SSO. Exploitation requires a victim to load an IdP-initiated SSO link for the malicious service provider; the script can perform authenticated IdP actions as that victim.
