Memory disclosure via negative sparse-codebook index

Out-of-bounds read in stb_vorbis in Sean Barrett stb 1.22 and earlier allows attackers to disclose memory details via a crafted Ogg file. In vorbis_decode_packet_rest, DECODE accepts a negative result from DECODE_RAW and uses it to index the sparse codebook's sorted_values array. A consuming application must decode attacker-controlled Ogg Vorbis data; the demonstrated consequence is an invalid read that exposes allocation information, with no supported integrity impact.
