Code execution via undersized comment-pointer allocation

Out-of-bounds write in stb_vorbis in Sean Barrett stb 1.22 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a crafted Ogg file. start_decoder multiplies the untrusted comment count by the pointer size without checking for integer overflow, so setup_malloc can allocate an undersized comment-pointer array that later writes over the heap. Exploitation requires a consuming application to decode the crafted file and grants code execution in that application process.
