Code execution via negative vendor-length buffer write

Out-of-bounds write in stb_vorbis 1.22 and earlier allows attackers to execute code by supplying a crafted Ogg Vorbis file. In start_decoder, a vendor-length value of -1 makes len + 1 zero; setup_malloc returns the current preallocated block, then the terminator write indexes that block at -1. Exploitation requires an embedding application to decode attacker-controlled audio while using stb_vorbis's preallocated alloc_buffer path.
