Configuration overwrite via CSRF-unprotected request handlers

Cross-site request forgery in Frigate before 0.13.0-beta3 allows remote attackers to alter server configuration through a victim's browser. The config_save and config_set handlers accept cross-origin POST or PUT requests and write attacker-controlled configuration without verifying the request's origin. When an authentication proxy protects the instance, an authenticated user must load the crafted page; successful changes can interrupt service or expose data.
