Process-memory disclosure via unchecked short reads

Use of uninitialized memory in Sean Barrett stb_image 2.28 and earlier allows remote attackers to disclose process memory via crafted images. The stbi__hdr_load and stbi__tga_load paths ignore a zero return from stbi__getn at end of input, then consume bytes left uninitialized in their destination buffers. Exploitation requires a consuming application to decode a truncated HDR or TGA image; disclosed bytes can contain process memory, without reported modification or service interruption.
