Memory disclosure via GIF buffer under-read

Out-of-bounds read in Sean Barrett stb_image 2.28 and earlier allows attackers to disclose process memory via a crafted GIF image. In stbi__gif_load_next, two_back can point before the out buffer, and memcpy reads from that invalid address while decoding the image. The host application must process attacker-controlled GIF data; observed effects include a crash, while disclosed allocation data can weaken memory-layout secrecy.
