Unauthorized function invocation via missing nonce validation
Published Oct 16, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Hassan Ali Snap Pixel before 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to invoke a plugin function through a forged request. An unnamed function omits or incorrectly performs WordPress nonce validation, so the plugin accepts a request originating outside the administrative interface. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to take an attacker-induced action, and published material bounds the result only as an unauthorized function invocation.
